Zenith seems more interesting to traditional fans; do these class of vessels offer more rough water stability?

Yes. Unlike a monohull, the roll is limited to a few degrees. In rough weather in a monohull you can be slammed back and forth quite violently, whereas in a catamaran it's easier to sleep without rolling out of your bunk.

That's my biggest question. In heavy seas are catamarans more stable. What about monohulls with active stabilizers? Would a cat be close or better with less complexity? I especially wonder about the cost difference. Don't cats cost more?

The Royal Falcon and the Douce France are my favourites. I wonder if it would be possible to have a hydrofoil version with sails a extended variant of the Royal Falcon. I would remove the swimming pool, make it a bit larger and have space to carry a mini-submarine. Just having a jacuzzi in the owners deck. And a below water observation area at the front of either hull. That would be my dream catamaran. Zenith also looks impressive. But my dream catamaran should be geared for fast sailing using wind if possible and underwater exploration and not so much "interior luxury".

You also forgot some of the Sunreef yachts as they have the ECO 80, an electric hydrogen solar, that also has more solar collection than an entire neighbourhood and hundreds of KW of battery storage AND hydrogen, generative water from the prop under sail.. yes its a motor and sale, with a cruising speed of 7 knots. There is the Sunreef 100 electric and more. This is just a few of the ones you missed.

It might not be a yacht but the express ferry catamaran that travels across lake Michigan is 191 feet..and carries 248 passengers, 44 automobiles and 12 motorcycles. It cruises at 39 knots….

LOL you stuffed up HODOR and Freemantle. HODOR is a TV reference H o Door (Hold the door). Freemantle is pronounced FREE MANTLE ! Its a city on the western coast of Western Australia. Im an Aussie :-)

Somehow, , Even with the millions of dollars, , I would choose a sailing yacht, , The others use soooo much fuel ! and it's not just about the environment or the cost, , It's about the limitations on travel.
