The Aquatight Healthy Basement System. We build Radon ports right into the system. This video clearly explains why we build the basement waterproofing systems we do and why we avoid building systems some of our competitors use.

What if already have a sump pump in the basement

So you sell to radon and health. You seal the system from the inside and install interior drain tile with a pressure relief system or sump. Okay so how does this system prevent surface water from absorbing into the walls and causing further structural damage like cracking and shifting? Mold will likely still grow inside the walls since they are just allowing water to soak in. Answer me this.. how will you fix the moisture in the walls and prevent damages there? How will you ventilate the basement to remove particles, allergens, mold and dry rot? And what sort of warranty do you offer on the walls?

Why allow water to drain into the house? Regrade the area around the house!
@zorroonmilkavitch18405 жыл бұрын
I agree a good system would be a swell which consist of draining most waters before they get near the house

I always thought the product that they showed against the inside masonry blocks belongs on the outside of the blocks and in between the door and the blocks

If you are going to add back ground music then please speak up .

Looks really expensive! Would be cheaper to dig the outside . Put drain tile in and back fill with gravel.
