Cette routine est assez facile chorégraphiquement ainsi que dans son exécution. Ca demande simplement de se laisser aller (let's go les hanches!) et de "groover" sous l'eau ! Have fun!

This is an easy routine. It is fun, just dance and add some groove under water :)
I tought it would be funny to see the "underwater" and "land" version at the same time ! Hope you like it and it is helpful if you are a teacher or even a student.

I have chronic pain and my pain program at the hospital suggested aqua fit classes to regain muscle strength and ease some pain (as well as to lose weight) but I’m 18 and the only classes I keep seeing are full of elderly people and I’m scared I’ll feel out of place...
