I am saddened to hear that your Grandad passed. May he rest-in-peace. I am fortunate to have known & played music with your Grandad when I lived in San Angelo, TX (1977-81). Prayers and Blessings to your family.

I would like to learn more about how he got into Tex-Mex music. Would you point me towards a good source? This is for my own research to honor his memory. I am interested in learning more about him.

Bobby was my brother, Imogene was my sister, Annie Bell and Archie were my adopted parents 1978- 1988. I lived in San Angelo 1977-1988 We had a wonderful time together. Lots of family gatherings and many hours on the banks of the lakes . Imogene had a contagious passion for fishing . I will miss them both.
