I feel like each video showed a more one-sided picture of how one destroyed the chance of having a relationship with the other. Putting them together shows us that they both had a part to play and it was neither one of them who allowed the connection between them to dwindle. I think its very much a reflection of life and, how we all question what we ourselves could have done to change the outcome of a situation, but life is a two way street and sometimes it takes the decisions of two parties to determine something. However we can never see this other side, only the decisions we have made.

This video and "I Gave It All" are both so real, it doesn't feel like actors playing out a story. It's like we're peeking into the lives of real people and this real situation where a boy got his heart broken by his two friends, one of which he was in love with. It's just so sad and relateable on all sides.

The song “I Gave It All” is based around the idea of a delicate relationship that was slowly coming to an end and eventually finding a solace in the fact it had ended. It’s about the coming to terms and accepting that some things just don’t work in life, despite being determined it will. Eoin’s (director) interpretation of the song tells a coming-of-age story about the loss of innocence. How things could have been different if the lead protagonist had pursued a relationship with her best friend instead of his older, cooler brother, and her coming to terms with this. #Feels

She lost her innocence, stoped to see beauty in minimal things while he didn't.. in some way, I'd say that he still "pure" (well.. at least until he gets "angry" at the loss of a love.) I'd caught up pretty quickly though, considering that I had only just discovered about your band mid of May 2021! It was a "stroke of fate" I suppose, because one day I was listening to classical solo piano radio station on Pandora, and somehow one of your song (Losing You!) popped in--even though it's from a different genre! I immediately felt magnetized and drawn to that song (of your soothing vocals/melodies! It was love at first listen! Lol! This song is where it all started for me!) when I'd accidentally heard it for the first time! I thought that it was so different than any music that's out there; it had such a special sound/vibes to it, and that's what caught my attention! That motivated me to googled about you, and about your other songs as well, and after listening to a bunch of your other songs, I swiftly realized that your music had really put a spell on me! Lol! Essa é uma daquelas histórias que poderiam virar filme ou até mesmo série. Além da música ser perfeita tanto em sonoridade, ritmo e arranjo. Mas o que chama atenção, tanto na Parte 1/2 quanto na Parte 2/2 é que muitas pessoas se identificam com a história, onde você sempre está no lugar do garoto mais jovem que ama uma garota, se aproxima dela, mas ela te vê como o eterno 'melhor amigo'. Pior ainda, quando um outro amigo em comum entra na história e acaba ganhando o interesse da garota e você vai ficando em segundo plano, vai deixando de ter a atenção dela. A banda conseguiu traduzir em apenas duas canções uma vida inteira despedaçada de muita gente. Parabéns!

One of my family members died, their funeral was today. We weren't close so I'm scared of losing the memories. "I'm losing you" I'm losing the memories and the fact that it wasn't a natural death. He was a figure in my childhood, the best moments of my life. I didn't react when they said he was in hospital, I believed my family when they said he was gonna make it which links to "tell me what I could have done".
