I still love this game, even though I don't play much since most of my objectives require a lot of farming and my game time is much lower than my childhood days 😅. I'm very exited to get this Ioda since it will finally let me access some quests that are locked behind Rare items!

Wrong, for the FIRST 6 IoDAs, then for every 3 iodas afterwards. Read the bonus IoDA design notes from years ago

As a guy who never has ioda, why does no one ioda any chrono class? Are they underwhelming? And why do people ioda nsod when they can grind exalted apo?

Unfortunately chrono classes aren't available for IODA(along with all other collectors rare items). The only way to get a chrono class is to get the physical calendar and redeem the code, buy the timelock key for 6000ac, or merge one for 5 hero points.
