There is actually 1 armor that is "f2p" viable which is the thanatos armor if you managed to get the 2k acs to buy the og paragon pet 10 years ago. (could be done for free with combining offers, the aqw toolbar, and ballyhoo for long enough) Hopefully we can get some new one that has no mem or ac requirement in the future.

Static means ur wep damage range is like 30-30

ex If you equip a nsod that has a damage range of 80 to 120 (stable) and deal 2000 damage, the damage result will fluctuate between 1800 and 2200, but if you equip exalted apothis that has a damage range of 100 to 100 (static) and deal 2000 damage, the damage result will remain at 2000 damage.

No. Stacking work only with one buff of each. Like you can stack elemental on top of +all weapon or you can stack dragon and undead with elemental etc. Just don't combine elemental with elemental or all with all it won't stack it will only take the buff from the item you equiped as last

It can be stacked as long as it does not have the same tag. ex boost all+ all it can't be stacked, all + chaos can be stacked, chaos + dragonkin can be stacked
