Grew up in Pittsburgh in the early 90's in the Crack era.. All the old heads told us "No pills and no powders"... you can't move with discretion when you arent thinking sharp! I tried percocet for the 1st time in 2002.. it made me feel sharper and the stomach buzz it gave me felt like the euphoria I got as a lil kid in Little league having fun.. the doses got heavier and the high was more expensive to chase so in came oxycontin! I did them daily for 2 weeks, tried to stop on a dime and felt like I was dying inside.. it was a long stretch but in November of 2004 I got clean and never went back. This upcoming November ill have 20 years of sobriety! The biggest regret I have is not listening to the old heads.. the OG's and elderly people god puts in front of us always know what is best for us! We all gotta take our lumps though...peace to AB.. you are in my prayers my guy!
