Rehman told this story differently before, now his pride & ego has seeped in. Sad. Michael was never petty like that. Michael knew who AR Rahman was, he had attended a concert of his with Andrew Lloyd Weber in Long Island and had invited him to meet him in 1999 as well after he was impressed with Maa Tujhe Salaam. AR’s version now seems irreverent and petty and it is sad. Remember Michael was preparing for This is it at the time and was under tremendous pressure, almost dying, and he STILL made time to meet AR Rahman and agreed to work with him.

Actually, MJ didn't attend Ar rahman or anybody's concert. It was Ar rahman attended MJ's concert in Germany in 1999. But, MJ didn't even talk to him at the time cuz MJ didn't know him that much. Ar rahman is now lying everywhere. He doesn't even have one picture together with MJ
