I have all these cars in my garage, the Ford GT OPI, the Zonda Oreo and the Ford 32 Forza edition, and the way I got them was funny. One day I went to play Forza via the cloud and out of nowhere it appeared that I had received them in my garage and I was able to drive all of them but that was just for one day now they are just in the garage and I can't use them because the game says I don't have the DLC.

At one point there was a bug where some Gamepass Cloud Gaming users for FH5 got access to the OPI GT, FE 32 Coupe, and Oreo Zonda on top of the Premium Edition DLC add ons. They patched it but as long as you didn't remove the cars from your garage, you still have them, though they won't count to your car collection count as you don't "own" them as DLC.

Fun fact: if you play Forza Horizon 5 through Xbox game cloud, sometimes there is a glitch that you can add these rare cars to your garage, including DLC cars and even drive them. I drove this Opi Ford GT and the Oreo Pagani Zonda a lot.

I have the Oreo Zonda as I bought a pack to get it. Technically you didn’t need to buy a pack as someone online took photos of them and put them online. I had to use one of the photos as I ate the only one of that symbol in the pack before getting the code and I needed that symbol to get the car. It worked. Yes, the car is tuned differently and it has Oreo Edition in the name. There was also a Forza Horizon promotion with Krispy Kreme donuts but that didn’t give a car as a reward. Just some logos on donuts.

The Sierra 700 reminds me of the Fiat Dino back in FH4. At one point, the devs said it was the least redeemed car (or something like that) in the game, only a few thousand in circulation at the time

There is a car I am surprised you didn't mention on this list. The DMC-12. As far as I remember, it was only able to be earned in the Summer season the first week the game was released. While I haven't been able to play in many months now, I have kept up with the monthly videos and not once have I seen that car show up in a playlist in all this time. So I feel like that should also be on your top rare list unless I am wrong and it has been featured for a second time. Also based on what you said, I am one of the lucky few then to own the OPI Ford GT.

I got the OPI Ford GT, FE Coupe and the Oreo Pagani. Honestly fun cars to drive and definitely catch people's attention. 9/10 times when I drive the OPI GT people think its fake till they read the in game name. They were easy to obtain. Beauty stores had nail polish. I bought a 2 pack of FH5 x OPI collaborative nail polish for $35, got in my car, snapped a photo of my receipt then went back in about 10 minutes later after submitting the code on the site and it being confirmed and valid, I then returned the polish and got my money back. The FE Coupe I got because for some reason my Gamestop had 4 of those controllers in stock, so I got one and the pagani oreo was from a pack of oreos. I have all these cars on the list and they are fun in their own unique way. However a very honorable mention is the Cadillac limousine and the Hoonigan Gymkhana 9 Ford Focus, Honda Ridgeline Baja and Polaris RZR Pro XP Ultimate

Actually I did see a few S700 in the auction house. I was just too slow to grab it most of times. The cars that I’m still looking for but NEVER saw in the auction house are the Alfa Romeo 4C and 8C, the AMC Javelin, the Ford Station Wagon, the Hoonigan Focus (9 RS RX), the Lancia 037 and Delta S4, the Morris Traveller and the Subaru Legacy RS. Thankfully I've gone through the effort to collect, every. single. car in the game. Every festival playlist car, every limited time DLC car, every reward car from accolades, championships, you name it, I got it. For the limited time DLC cars, although I did the proper things IRl to get them but it didn't want to work so I had to scour eBay for the codes there as the actual way to do it just didn't want to work for me. Also for the OPI Edition, there are still codes for them available on eBay, but the codes go for upwards of $80 USD now, which is insane.

The '23 Nissan Z base model has always eluded me. To my knowledge, its only been in the Festival Playlist twice, last year, and both times I missed it due to a hospital stay the first time and then I can't remember what happened the second time, but it was still health related. I finally gave up on getting it through playlist so I bit the bullet and spent $20 Million credits to buy it. Then they released the Drift model. I was elated to have two different versions. Then three weeks ago, in the middle of playing, I got a pop up telling me that my game was invalid. I spent three hours trying to get it to work again, even calling customer service. In the end the only option I had was to delete my game from the cloud and start all over. So I'm back to hoping the Z is in the FPL soon.,
