How do you high ground vs a sniper with blink, I never see him, even if i see him, he is outside of blink range with aether lane + aghanim scepter. It feels impossible

I have similar issues but sometimes I will coordinate my team to get sniper together. I think blink, harpoon and bkb combination is good.
