Arbi ke Patod recipe | Arbi ke patte ke pakode are the shallow fried roll from colocasia leaves Crispy and delicious they are an idea snacks for momsoons.its diffrent name in different part of India alu wadi, Arbi Patra,Patod and Patrode.
ingredients:-
5 colocasia leaves
2 cup gram flour
1/2 spoon turmeric powder
1/4 spoon red chilli powder
1 spoon coriander seed
1 spoon carom seeds
chop coriander
1 spoon chop ginger
1 spoon chop garlic
1 onion fine chop
1/2 spoon garam masala powder
1/4 spoon asafoetida
1 spoon chop green chilli
4-5 tbsp mustard oil
