do you think expensive brushes and cheap brushes make a whole lot of difference? I'm actually trying to buy some eye shadow brushes but i've seen some very expensive ones like hakuhodo (wich i can't afford) and they say they are very good, but there are some very inexpensive ones but then again makes me think i might end up paying less that at the end up will cost me more, what would be your advise?
