You suffered such grievous bodily harm, and the person/s can't be prosecuted? If people can be prosecuted twice for the same crime - double jeopardy, why can't they be brought before the court for unrelated crime, no matter the severity? Looks like german law operates on a pecking order or haves & have-nots system 🤔 I'm inclined to think the police attitude is related to certain group of people or race? This stinks to high heaven👎🏾. Try & search for legal advocacy groups, even if it's amnesty international. They're bound to signpost you to the appropriate agency. V v sad story, the culprits need to pay. This could be life-changing injuries. No wonder you never felt settled in that blasted country!! Good luck & consider accessing trauma focused therapy, even if it's online that might help address any PTSD & depressive symptoms. 🤞🏾🙏🏾😇

This is the problem with Ghanaians and black people in Germany and abroad, they save in every aspect of their lives, you need to insure yourself so in such situations the insurance will pay you for the damages and insurance don’t pay money for nothing so the insurance company will fight for the case not you because of the money they will pay you, they have their own best lawyers and they are expects in all aspects of situations, the Germans their selves have insurance but a Ghanaian think insurance is not necessary till it happens like this, he said someone told him if he was to be a German they will take on the case well, it’s true not because that person is a German and you a Ghanaian but the German will always do the right things, a Ghanaian and block people will always do the opposite of the issue, just imagine what he is saying, he doesn’t even have a personal lawyer, he is behaving like a farmer in a village in Ghana 🇬🇭, l live in Germany for the past 38 years holding a German Passport for 30 years the system is working 24/7 nobody is corrupt here in Germany 🇩🇪, if he didn’t manage his life and the situation well he shouldn’t condemn Germany 🇩🇪, everything works with system here and everything cost money nothing is free as they think, a state lawyer takes care of 1,000 people from the state, it’s about time Ghanaians and Africans in Germany 🇩🇪 start learning and stop behaving like in Ghana 🇬🇭, Ghanaians are too stingy in Germany
