Back then I had to translate every word in every sentence to try and learn something but now, even though I decided to learn a dialect, Ive progressed to the point where I think I can understand the large majority of this video with no subs. @@LearnArabicKhasu Ya, generally I know it makes more sense to learn formal as it lets you communicate with everyone easily and I actually studied a good bit of formal while I was learning the difference between fusha and dialect. The reason I chose dialect though was because Im half palestinian and wanted to understand that part of my family more. Again thank you for everything akhi

كانت اللغة العربية أول اللغة التي يجب كل شخص يتعلمها، وهم يتفاخرون، و كان الإنسان إذا يريد أن يصبح متقدما ومتطورا عليه القدرة في تكلم و فهم هذه اللغة، حت الأوروبيون يتعلمون اللغة العربية كي يستطيعوا أن يكتسب العلوم كالطب والفلك والبصريات واختراع الطائرة وغير ذلك. كان أي شخص إما مسلم أو غيره يتفاخرون بهذه اللغة لأن حضارة الإسلامية، والعلماء جاؤو من المسلمين لأي علوم. لكن اليوم بالعكس، أرجوكم أن تتعلموا اللغة العربية الفصحي لأنها لغة القرآن و لغة حبيبنا صلى الله عليه وسلم. فنحن المسلمون ألا يشارك في طبيعة الغرب كالتكلم بالانجليزية، إن الله أعزنا بالإسلام فاعترفوا بهذه اللغة، وافتخروا بشريعتنا وطبيعتنا و بالإسلام... الله يحفظنا أجمعين
