Arabic script is the most beautiful script among world languages. It is spiritually healing the mind. While working in the Middle East I used to watch all the Arabic Calligraphy murals on the walls and it used to be fascinating and spiritually elating. I don't know even a single letter in Arabic but it is very beautiful; more than beautiful it soothes you. Some day I will get an Arabic teacher to teach me the scripts

in the 16.20 minutes he said something about Kashideh, which the translator did not know the meaning. The word Kashideh is a Persian word for Stretching. So when you write a word like بسم الله you can eliminate the س by writing it like stretching it instead of three points just have one long س . just like what he showed in the video . just FYI

Hi Hossein, the Farsi word is actually Kashish کشش
@dawnlightening5 жыл бұрын
The same word is used in Urdu too, to mean the same thing. This can be seen here: kzbin.info/www/bejne/apaQqYGJZ7qLnKc where the calligrapher Muhammad Akmal, is explaining how the PersioArabic letter Seen is stretched. Kashish has multiple meanings such as attraction, pull, tug etc. These multiple meanings are also common to both Farsi & Urdu.

@chadiberhal5 жыл бұрын
I understand your point of view, but I do not completely agree with you. I found that the interpreter did a good job! Is it perfect? No! Never! But as far as the message is concerned, the message was transmitted fairly accurately to the non Arabic speakers in the audience. Which is ultimately what counts, taking into consideration that not every deep meaning of the Master's explications could be transmitted in any other language than Arabic itself. GOD bless the calligrapher. This is a very fine job and demonstration!

the speaker is Chinese speaking in Arabic with his own accent and the effect of his native language pronunciation and miss-pronunciation a lot of letters that is specific to Arabic, I have to admit the translator must have had a lot of experience to be able to get his job done .
