Wa alikom asslam brother/ sister, Yes, I did indeed make a tutorial about noon qutni, you can find it in that link: kzbin.info/www/bejne/nqqbh2p5qN2Uh80 .. I also explain how to deal with it when it is followed by a hamza in this video: kzbin.info/www/bejne/ZqHEeWVoYrOpsLc Please check them out and let me know if you still have questions, I'd be glad to help. And yes there is a method on how to recognize a root word and soon in shaa Allah I'll be discussing everything related to the Arabic morphology and how to deal with it.

May i know if there's an idiom in Arabic 'camel going through the eye of a needle'? Is it a literal meaning, which means an impossibility, or does it have other meaning?
@Arabic101
@Arabic101 3 жыл бұрын
This idiom was mentioned in the Holy Quran, and it says: حَتَّى يَلِجَ الجّمّلُ في سَم الخِياط and it does indeed mean, it won't happen until a camel goes through the eye of a needle which is impossible, of course. Some read جُمل which is also another way to read it, and in this case it means a very thick thread used in climbing trees to collect dates and such .. but it still gives the same meaning of impossibility. Hope this answers the question

Can you translate one word" sayyara" which is usually car.this"sayyara" word used in sura"yusuf" when group of people's pull yusef from water wall.i can imagine that time it was must be a caravan of camel or something else but not car.so please which will be the perfect translation of"sayyara" on those days prospective. Thanks bro.

I love your question brother. The word سيارة comes from the verb (سار / يسير) which means to move/ to pass(by). In Surah Yusuf it means a passer-by and/or a passing caravan, since they would not be able to take him along unless they had means of transportation. Later when cars came to existence, the name سيارة was logical because it would literally translate into a (mover) which is the function of the car.

Jazaakallah khair for this video. Now I have question. Is there such a tool that gives such precise definitions of the Arabic words referring to the same concept? How can I learn precisely the vocabulary and not just know that two particular words refer to the same concept ? Is there an app, or a dictionary that is rich like that and that allows non Arabic speakers to learn this? I hope I can have an answer in shaa Allah.

Asslamo alikom brother, Wa Iyyakum.. Yes, there is a way, and it's not via an app or a program. Studying 'sarf' or 'Morphology' of Arabic words, will give you huge insights into how words in Arabic are made, and how the meaning of each word is derived. Please follow the Quranic Grammar series on the channel playlist if you want to start the journey. Asslamo alikom

We, who are known as the native speaker of Arabic, are far away from the language. We have to learn it as a new one. I have just learnt the word "وجل", which I always misunderstood, I think it means "خجل", may because of the similarity of the pronunciation.

I know that we could take to heart your translation of Arabic words from the Qur’an. I would want it to be exclusively Quranic words.
