Ur explained nicely but who is bother it in practical, nothing is protect as u said, I am a example of it. So many things are in this Article of Rules, but practically nothing are to protect only to show the same to the general public. I lodged a complant in HRC portal towards non getting of my legitimate right of pension for a long time. What action has made by he HRC they just advice me to peruse the same with my department rather to judge. I perused it past four years and but any suitable action has been made. Then how it is necessary to pursue again as advised by the HRC.

You had given the wrong information as after the 2019 amendment on protection of human rights Act the composition of NHRC has been changed Ex- chairman will be weather the retired CJI of india Judge of supreme court etc As your video has been uploaded on 2022 so you have to take care of it…🖋️
