Preach it! Just a note, the number of players using Beacon, Mask, the new heal/debuff one, and wand is baffling. All that AD wasted on a weak artifact. Also note, the Crystal carries a heavy burden. The team benefits the most when the top player uses it...not the weakest.

Aragorn, do you have any guide for how damage reduction works for tanks? Should I focus on damage reduction / incoming damage reduction buffs-gears or stats to maximize? Asking for endgame content.

As a tank, you're there to help the DPS players get more DPS. At least, that's their philosophy. You're a tool, a prop, while they go about competing against their teammates. Ignore them.

if you can get twice as much stats, defense, awareness and crit avoid, versus the damage resist source, then take the stats, like 3% damage resist versus 7.5% stats, usually take the stats. Otherwise take whatever reliable damage resist you can get

In a trial scenerio, during a artifact call How big/small difference wud dmg be if 1) 6dps using 7.5% 1500il artifacts Vs 2) 6dps using 10% 1200il artifacts Jus wondering since so many dps would be using 7.5% artifact and 1 dps on crystal

Now, ppl should not start jumping into getting arti like halaster. Most support characters use that. DPS should not fight over artifacts a tank or healer usually use.

This video just came in hand. I recently did a MDWP with an 80k rogue and 2 wizards, one was 82k and 88k the other. The rogue was #1 at damage overall, while the 88k wizard was #3. I checked the gear and all was legendary from ADM. Neverwinter is not all about how high your item lvl is if you don't balance your ratings and % stats, remember to cap at green and be able to reach 90% on primary stats to make the most of your class and damage. I just ran a random dungeon que with an 82k hunter, im 60k rogue.. i out dpsd them by 3x the damage.. so did my wife on her 64k wizard. Her n i have been neck n neck on damage, since i went whisperknife though, i have been leading by a few million

It's kinda funny how my wife n i haven't played since mod16 endgame and half the stuff we have is still viable.. pretty much just need 4 slot mounts and to upgrade our enchants from legendary to mythic as well as simply dragon farm? Nice.. Also.. in mod 16 i was the #1pvp rogue, dc and gwf.. as well as one of the top 3 dps in the game :D I'm coming for all you dps. Does NeoAizen and Ghost still play?
