It's never about body shaming, just one group not liking being shamed so they attempt to flip it back on other people for shaming them to begin with. Shame is a social tool, it's how society used to regulate bad behavior with no laws needed. Certain political groups decided they didn't like how society was so they sought to destroy this societal regulation method to take advantage and manipulate society through media instead.

How’s it going Arako, I think you’re wrong about 4:33. I saw that clip a few times now and I read a little about it. I think the guy was a manipulator and wasn’t really into her about 2 months or so after they started dating. I’m not sure if this information is correct or not but it seems more people believe that the guy is problem. If you get a chance, look into it. I’ve been a long time fan I don’t want you to get any unnecessary heat.
