We recently ordered an Aranet4 from Amazon (when it was on sale). It was quite worthless and we had to return it. We did notice in the one star reviews on Amazon that the former version was excellent, but the newer version sucks. We did side by side with out little Vitalight. Perhaps our Aranet was defective, but I suspect the reviews were accurate that the quality declined in the later model. Thanks for your reviews!

Thanks. You mention there would be a link to the case from Amazon for the Aranet4. Can't find that. Can you provide some more information?

Sorry about that, I forgot to add them! The links are there now. The Bose Soundlink is a bit larger, so cases for that should be a good choice also.

I don't care about the app. All I want is a device that tell me the concentration of carbon dioxide so that I know when I need to open the window to ventilate. As I live in a cold country (Canada), I cannot leave my window open all the time. Aranet 4 is certainly a great device but I feel I would be paying for options that I don't need.
