ARANG KEL - Hike to Heaven of Heavens - Kashmir

Arang Kel is a heavenly village 2 km away from Kel. It's 8379ft above sea level. Getting to Arang Kel is quite an adventurous mission.
From Kel you have two options - take an army-monitored chair lift or trek for 3-4 hours. There's no concept of cars and bikes in Areng kel, you can only enjoy horse ride and explore it by walking.

Hello, Can you tell me what's the weather cost of conditions in Neelam or Arang kel? Too cold or average?

It completely depends that when you are planning to visit Arang Kel. In summer it is a bit hot in sunny day but you can experience cold at night or early morning. It's great to have a winter jacket and with you and keep an eye on weather forecast.
