When the opportunity to talk to Aravind SA, who was on his Malaysian tour of his 'We Need To Talk' standup special was given to me - I immediately grabbed it. Having watched his show in Chennai, I was excited to dig deeper into his mental makeup.
Aravind SA, known across the world as one of India's biggest comedy StandUp talks to me about his mental health journey, his fight with insecurity, fear of abandonment, and his hate towards Influencers (ouch).
I hope you will enjoy this conversation and let us know your thoughts in the comments section.

Thank you for talking about mental health which still many are trying to hide away and call it a weakness to be vulnerable. As a person suffering with depression and anxiety, felt like a digital hug. And for a long time, i’ve been staying off social media because i can never see myself creating contents that suit the current trends. I find the conversation about sticking to what you like and dont look to please others, definitely reassuring. Thank you so much!!!!

You’ve managed to keep hold of my interest throughout. 40 mins went past like nothing. Would be great if can do a 2nd round with him. Also the only downside I felt was aravind pov wasn’t heard completely, should have let him finish his lines.

Good interview. I missed Aravind's KL show 😢. Great job Joshua. In both your videos (so far) I like your questions and I must commend you on the homework done on the people you are speaking to. Interesting layers in your conversation. Keep up the great work and looking forward to more content on EKT ❤

yea, today only i saw Joshua's podcast and both are amazing and very sensible. Joshua - you are doing fantastic and please invite more great minds like Aravind. There are many take away from your podcast which can be applied to life. One request - at the end, you can thank the guest for joining you.
