I remember as a kid , camping Was a cheap way to go on holidays. 😮 Can't say that anymore. There is nothing cheap to see here. The prices are eye watering.

I’ve been bikepacking, hiking, and camping out of vehicles for over 45 years. When I was looking for an off-road capable camping trailer, I stumbled across one made by a large RV manufacturer. Even though it did not have the advertised equipment installed eventually I was supplied replacement equipment, separate and modular. I’ve been in the trailer for two years. It has true independent off-road suspension coral springs and dual shocks. The advertise price on this thing MSRP was about 28 five I paid a bit less than that. I needed to do just requires a little bit more organizational work for my full-time offgrid life. This trailer is nearly double the cost of my trailer and has less space and modular amenities.

On a multi-day trip with a new campsite each night… Since you’ve seen this camper in person, do you think it would get cumbersome setting up and tearing down each night?

I would use it more as a base camp.. nothing will beat a roof top tent or small trailer

Figured the price would be completely nuts and I was right. It's unfortunate that so many of these companys still think they can get 2021 prices on outdoor camp trailers LOL. Look at the used market now, dropping like a lead ballon.

Not for 50K. No f'in way. It's nice. It's most certainly not 50K nice. But, it's ARB, what does one expect; everything from them is wildly overpriced.

@@AllTerrainNation Thanks. I saw it further down. It's really nice but it's still way too expensive. 50k for something that doesn't even have a motor? lol I have a Mazda cx-50. I drove it off the parking lot for $43k. It has a turbo charged engine with AWD--just the engine alone with its engineering is worth more than this camper. The price is unreasonable. It's going to take someone like Musk to figure out how to produce something like this for 1/2 the price--at minimum--to be successful.
