will arbitration take place in read/ write bit ?? for read r/w will be 1 and for write r/w will be zero , so if we do write operation the master which is going to write will win the arbitration ??

I have 2doubts 1.y there is no collision when 2masters writing or reading from same slave and y there is no collision happens when 2 different masters try to read /write same data from/to the 2 different slaves at the same time 2.y said tat rx will send ack bit how the same slave can respond to 2 diff masters at the same tym

For your first question: When two masters try to read same data from same slave, each and every bit in the i2c frame will be same, so arbitration will not happen. So data collision will not happen. But both the master should read same address otherwise arbitration will happen as said in this video. For second question: In i2c, everything is like a broadcast. All data will be casted at the bus itself. Ack bit will be posted at the bus so that the respective masters can read it if there is no collision.

Sorry for the late reply All the data in this network are broadcast based. All data will be broadcasted to the bus from all nodes simultaneously. Till losing in the arbitration logic both the nodes will send their data continuously. So ack also will be sent by both the nodes.
Bcaz after Nack , master will decide whether there will be a stop condition or a repeated start. Means no more communication from slave.

Arbitration will take place even in read/write bit . A programmer should take care of the above context which you said. For example if two masters trying to read same slave and address there wont be a problem. But if both are trying to write to same location, even in data also arbitration will occur. This should be kept in mind by programmer.
