Use the platform base (ARBS Mobile Only) or make a static flat build. Make it high enough for the units tails to fall, then that's when you can place the units. Make a hanger on them so you can hang them up on the mobile. You need to use certain units as some may be too big and cannot fit.

Use the platform type of the normal base cuz it has a flat one that you can put the block on and it has to be static anyway so it floats

How you make the machine? Step by step pls

Start with a static platform base, if it is high enough, add the regular block base or else putting things on the side will be stretched. Make it look more of a spinning mobile and to add snacks, use the platform base and put whichever units fit on it. The units needs to be high enough so their tails fall down, meaning they are high enough to take damage. The dinosaurs should be mostly carnivore and just be big enough to reach the food. And DONE! That's how you can make this.
