Sir, If the person left Canada by airplane (through and airport) did the person automatically reported its departure from Canada automatically? Or do the person has to physically contact autorities after they leave to report the departure? Best regards.

Without a certificate of departure it is not official.

Sir I had student visa and later on I was refugee status and before hearing I withdrew my case and I decided to go back to India and I bought my ticket and when I went to pick up my passport from CBSA they issued me deportation order bcz I was convicted in impaired driving (DUI) so on the basis of criminality they issued me deportation order . I want to apply for visitor visa . Do I need to apply for ARC ? All this happend in 2011 though.pls reply

We cannot comment on specific cases in a public forum but generally speaking ARC for removal orders. If someone has not received a removal order, they do not need an ARC. Inadmissibility happens because of security reasons, human rights violations, criminality, non-compliance with the Act etc. If none of those applies then the person is admissible to Canada. Also, the ARC application is only for those who receive a removal order.

@@caseycham3686 I had a lawyer she had me fill and sign a bunch of letters I mailed then to the Canadian MBC, my ARC came in as approved but my Study permit got delayed bcuz if beginning of the covid crisis and eventually was claimed to be lost in the MBC itself, due to applying for ARC and the study permit both at the same time I had to submit it by paper and not electronically, therefore they had a valuable reason to claim it to be lost or nowhere to be found.
