Arc de Triomphe Fully Wrapped by Christo I Last day

What a day! Enjoying the last day fully Wrapped Arc de Triomphe by Christo in Paris! An absolutely incredible piece of art happened on the top of Avenue des Champs Elysées. We're lucky to be Parisians to be able to see the last work of beloved Christo and Jeanne-Claude.
Obviously, we couldn't miss this art show of Christo and visited it on the last day just before being unwrapped!

Thankyou for showing this. Amazing art installation. 1993 i visited Paris. And stood on top of that arch and watched cars go in all directions. Love seeing daily life in Paris. One day Australians may leave our country but not at this time.

We visited it on Sunday 19th, we saw it wrapped from the top of the Eiffel Tower and thought it was under restoration but then read it was an art installation. Was in two minds about it until we got close and then just loved it, wow!
