I just bought the Golden Tee Arcade1up yesterday - haven't tried it yet but hoping its as good as all the KZbin reviews say it is. Arcade1up has seemed to step the quality up after the Wave 1 machines. Since the price is now $350 and i sold my Street Fighter for $200 I figured why not - basically cost me $150! If I had the space i would love a couple full size machines but we turned the dining room into a game room so with my 8ft pool table and now 4 of these machines its a little tight. I have room for one more and that is reserved for NBA Jam, hoping it doesn't get delayed....Nice set up bud.

Question for you, whenever you bought the GT home edition with the monitor stand did the stand come attached to the pedastal? I'm buying one and I got to move it up some stairs into my room.

Curious....what size flat screen are you using, and related specs? I'm wondering if you have an opinion on size of screen based on distance away, refresh rates for best performance, etc.? Thanks!

Samsung UN50RU7100FXZA 4K UHD 7 Series. 40- 50 inch is the recommend size. I chose the 50inch. Samsung is the best so I got the best LOL. Works amazing.

$5300! That's a good chunk of cash. I can fully understand if you're a huge fan though. It looks awesome too. I never cared much about Golden Tee but I have really been wanting the A1U version. I played it for a minute or two somewhere and enjoyed it. Is the 2020 version a commercial ready version with a coin slot? I've seen them selling a home version that wasn't an A1U once before.

Yeah I'm slowly probably going to be getting rid of some of the arcade 1ups I have. After owning an Xtension arcade it's just better quality out of the box with controls and everything and plus every game the A1ups have it has. After playing the 2020 Golden Tee it's just more fun LOL.

Great video. Love video golf games and Golden Tee for 349 is a great deal. I am now at 6 Arcade1up machines and am waiting on wave 4 to see what's next. Space is getting limited. TMNT grabbed some extra real estate. Great video and cool to be fair on the comparison of the two.

Love the new Golden Tee! Something you left out and should have added regarding the price differences is the Golden Tee 2020 can be put out on location to generate revenue if one chooses. That is the premium we pay to get these devices into our homes. However, one can get a fairly new machine for about a quarter of the cost of new if you buy used. When I say fairly new, I mean 2010 to 2015.

True but this is the home edition big difference. No coin slot on this version. It can connect to the ones in bars though. On these machines I wouldn’t want a used one.

What about spending a bit more and getting the full-sized arcade style? I'm wanting one for my basement bar and sizing may be an issue - heard the full-sizes are like 4/500 lbs. Really interested in having the arcade 1up for size, price, and just having a golden tee me and my friends can mess around with.

The cab is closer to 200 lbs, they switched to LCD a long time ago which drops the weight.
