@Goggle products What the fuck are you on about? Win is a cis male who happens to have long hair. If he was trans, who gives a shit? There's nothing wrong with expressing your identity (as long as it's not a way to show supremacy) and it's not a mental illness or a scheme to feminize men. Based on your logic, Jeff Mangum, Thom Yorke, Slash, John Lennon, Jesus and so many others would be trans-men because they have (or had) long hair. Pushing your transphobic conspiracy theories on a fucking Arcade Fire video of all places makes you look like a schizophrenic.

I'm in New Zealand, traveling on a visa from the states. Originally came here with a fresh sense of wonder and adventure, and there's certainly beauty to behold here, but trapped in the mire of everyday life are the same dead-eyed people that I lived amongst back in LA, back in Texas, back everywhere I've ever been. What boggles my mind (beyond the fact that no one has clothes dryers here - how do you dry clothes in the wind and rain!!) is how you can go the world over and still realize - you're the only person who seems to be awake. That's just some word vomit on what I always think of when I hear "Sleeping is giving in..." Wake up, everyone. You're ALIVE! And it's fucking insane, and devastating, and glorious.

I come back to this song every year or so to cry. One of my fondest memories. My younger cousin was an extremely talented local musician. Played dive bars, events, weddings, whatever. Had a band. We lived together for a month, was some of the best times in my life. He was sitting on the couch playing zelda on Nintendo 64 and i was doing dishes. I put on this song, a favorite of mine and hoped that he would like it. I see him start bobbing his head to the beat. I start bobbing to the beat. He gets up, starts dancing hands in the air. I stop doing dishes and do the same. We dance til the song ends and laugh and laugh. He passed away in a car accident a few weeks later. Too young, and not his fault. Always will come back here to cry and remember the dancing.

Bolo to dávno a bolo to silné a ďakujem za ten moment, pocit a nádej ktorú mi táto kapela v symbióze s prekurzorom dala. Snáď ešte niekedy v budúcnosti nájdem ten pocit a budem opäť šťastný. Majte sa a nech sa vám darí.

never lose what you enjoy most as a child and and never lose that momentum either, if you like to draw in school all day then keep at it, just make sure that you take it seriously so that it adds up to something, or else you'll be stuck with neither an education nor a special skill, you gotta hold onto it and keep at it, that's my advice, if you have 100 hobbies then you're probably not very good at 100 things, and where does that get you? master something and add your own touch to whatever it is you master, just about all children are described as having massive potential, but it can vanish in no time and the next thing you know you're just another adult with a promising past
