The dizzy chicken arm mechanism has springs that are probably stretched out. You gotta remember that game is now about 10 years old now so it's got plenty of use. If you look at the front plate where the handle is there are 4 screws that hold the unit in. It's not hard to change out the springs but arcades don't keep up on their maintenance. As far as you guys constantly having issues with the ball not registering there is an overhead camera. Those cameras are cheap china cameras and they can be out of alignment, they can be very sensitive so if they moved the machine they might have broke it, or their just junk. Had several junk cameras out of the box.

Another tip. Tower of tickets and zombie snatcher game - the arms don't all move the same so if one is moving slow or your having a hard time timing it just switch sides and try a different arm
