So for that Serpent fight you can actually use the Sp2 since the duration lock prefight affects cosmic. The only thing that Arcade loses against cosmic is the immunity he would gain.

Also gor relic preference, Green Goblin ends up being better due to the increased durations for all damaging debuffs and the power efficiency it grants.

This is well known in top tier aw teams as they always have a rank 3 arcade on defence since he's very annoying as a defender. As for attack, you need to test his special 3 tanking mechanic.

@ it’s ok, I have him low sig, so maybe my current outlook isn’t perfect, but I still think it needs to be a little higher. He relies on the opponent not having a lot of immunities, so his damage is severely gimped if they have even one. Also, he should somehow disable stand your ground, that would actually round up his kit perfectly.

@@AllisonEdits bullseye hits his intended targets on offense, is much better punching down, is a much better defender node less, can become nearly impossible with node combos, and can still be quite a struggle even with a decent to great counter. None of these things are true of arcade, there’s a reason Kabam is buffing him, their data probably also shows he needs a buff on defense but understandably they might wanna avoid that, especially since players (even as high as celestial v) are still struggling to fight him because they can’t dex his specials and don’t know that you can just heavy him to get rid of his charges lol. This is a different situation to bullseye because most of his threat is due to being an incredibly common defender, players know how to counter him with a variety of champions but he’s just that busted (and ai dependent at times), arcade is running off the high of bad players and copium players such as yourself trying to use ai exploits to try to pass off a severely underpowered champ as playable

@ you say a lot of bad champs are too good (carnage), would you say too good like better than onslaught or too good like cgr? I promise you whatever buff they give him will not make him better than future ant man and shocker on offense or defense. There is no problem with his rotation, he’s not taking onslaughts, he’s not taking bullseyes, he’s not taking enchantress and he’s not taking most fights with a slightly restrictive mode set. Even for the node less challenge less fights you love to show, he’s still pumping out mid times. Probably after his time up people will continue to favor the dozens of better options and you will claim he is too good like spider punk (who is balanced now if not a little light on utility)
