The music reminds me a lot of Cadillac and Dinosaurs, I guess that Capcom took some inspiration from this game in order to make a great comic based beat'em up.

Edison 720 I also remember the first time I saw the Arcade cabinet as kid I know this game came out in 1991, and I was born the next year it was about 3 or 4 years later that I saw it in a restaurant when I was in Mexico but I didn’t get to play. Then when I was 12 and once had visited Mexico I was with a cousin of mine and we went to play some Arcade cabinets that had emulators installed in them and that’s where Spider-Man came out and finally got to play it.

This system life system had the advantage that it didn't have a max life limit so if you were a good player and didn't get hit you could end the game with several times the life you had at the beginning.
