Great video. I’ve got quite a few monitors to repair and watching these videos is very educational.

Thanks for sharing Mike. Something so satisfying about watching someone wash a monitor chassis. One thing I always do is preheat the oven to the lowest setting, crack the oven door a bit, throw the chassis inside for an hour and it's good to go.

A USB rechargeable electric air duster was one of the best tools I've bought for cleaning old boards & chassis.

Nice. You've done a few of these vids now and always interesting. I now do a quick scrub to dirty PCBs to remove a fair amount of dirt, then it goes into the ultrasonic tank with additive to help clean up the rest, and just like you, a warm air blast to dry off. It's good to be able to work on clean PCBs.

Great video as usual! Also, if I wanted professional I would have signed up for the professional channel but I love being in the amateur one instead❤❤

Thanks! I do but not at the moment. Gotta play catch-up with my backlog first. My apologies

Oh man, I hope my simple green and distilled water (to remove minerals and impurities of tap water) is good enough. I haven't watched the video yet so this is my gamble.
