Its because the tv has a lower scan rate than the digital camera used to record, something along those lines anyway, you wouldnt see it in real life anyway

Yes GroovyMAME is for MAME, Dreamcast runs on a different emulator.

VGA to component transcoder with emudriver 2.0 my friend. If your TV have only S-Video you need the VGA to S-Video transcoder or if you have a TV with RGB Scart buy the VGA to RGB Scart transcoder. To install emudriver 2.0 on Windows you need ATI/AMD compatible GPU the driver for 15hz only works on AMD cards.

Can you recommend a cheap AMD graphics card for this setup? Would a HDMI to component adapter work? I have a HDMI to component adapter hooked up to my raspberry pi for this but your setup is wayyy better.

@@joshforsyth5710 hd5770, hd6770, hd6850, hd7770 is enough No, HDMI to component dont work, you need the analog output, Native VGA or a simple adapter DVI to VGA

I bought a raspberry pi4 it doesnt even play psp games i regret it big time i wish i would of bought this one instead
