Haha so funny, my friend and I used to go to the mall to play mostly and we would play and play and then walk to the other side of the mall to eat pizza. I’m sure we didn’t wash our hands back then either ewwwwwwwww. So I was hoping you’d say you got the Chase HQ and the Neo Geo but I guess not? Weird issue you have with the wheel. I am not even sure with mine I can do custom settings. Good gameplay, would take me a lot more to complete it. Enjoyed the story as well :) OMG I just remembered something, back when this came out this older guy and his GF came to play Chase HQ right... so no lie he had driving gloves on and he played through the whole game and his GF kept handing him the quarters every time he needed to continue. Everyone in the arcade looked at this guy like he had 10 heads hahaha. And when I say older guy, maybe in his 30s, I don’t even remember now lol.

LOL 😂 🤣 🤣 🤣 🤣! And I thought I had seen it all!! Thanks for sharing your story Nick. These are the memories we hold on to long after these games have left us. I didn't get the Neo Geo, but I did buy one eventually. Thanks for watching and enjoying the content 🙂

Man I miss the days of the arcades. Used to go to the mall, bowling alley where ever. I remember this one time when tekken 3 first came out the game ate my quarters without registering a credit so I gave the coin door a little hit with my hand. And from that it activated the operators menu, I set the game on free play me and my 3 friends played the game for a couple hours like that. And we left. A think a week or 2 goes by and I'm back at the same mall arcade I tried it again except this time the arcade operator noticed I set it on free play he quickly came over and shut the game down. They fixed the bug after that day. I remember playing mame back in 2001-2003. That's how I knew to set the game operators menu up.. Man I really miss the whole feel, scene back then

@@naeromagus that is such a cool story!! Reminds me of when I used to play SF2 WW at my local high school arcade and used to freeze the machine with Guile. At first I was able to get away with getting my quarters back because pops (that's what we called the owner) thought the game was broken, but he quickly caught on and used to get so mad lol. These are the stories that live with us forever. The arcades may be gone but the memories never will. Unfortunately the young generation will never know what it felt like to play head to head beside your opponent on a real arcade machine. Made a lot of friends back then. Thanks for sharing!

Would also like to see what components it took to make and where I could possibly get. To assemble a driving cab like yours or Rastan350. Would love to add it to my game room.

Absolutely! Believe it or not, it's a simple Playseat Evolution model with Logitech G920 wheel, pedal and shifter combo. PC is a Dell Optiplex 3010, i5 3.2GHZ, 500GB hard drive, running Bigbox front end. I found all my parts in the local classifieds. The led flashers I bought on ebay and Ledwiz I bought from my friend Mike though you can purchase it from Groovy Gamegear. If you need help setting it up, please don't hesitate to ask. Believe it or not, the most difficult part is the software and configuring everything to work. Thanks for watching!
