@@yeow9599 yes it is (and it's also the true final main story pack). You need to finish the boss song of Final Verdict first though. (Unlike other song packs, you do not need to pay for Silent Answer if you own Final Verdict) Edit: Well, Silent Answer is more of an Epilogue rather than a main story pack.
