Pretty sure Lacrymira's skill comes at a certain % of appearance at random, i've gotten her 3 times in a row before, very random. once you level her up naturally through using stam in WM to lv 20, you can actually use her as a partner! Also, her skill will activate once you reach 1/4th of the song. I believe this will give you the amount of hard gauge determined as well. Also fun fact: if you turn off Lacrymira's skill, her name changes back to Insight, Nell's changes to Forlorn!
