Now we see a parallel of him here on the harbor. Him outrunning the boat in the background and him yelling in success. This show is true art.

Look closer at the factory scene, when Jayce looks around he realizes that besides the Garuda and some dock workers the factory is being fully manned by child laborers. Silco and Chem barons use child labor to create different variants of shimmer.

I find it interesting that everyone feels so comfortable dead-naming Jinx. It may not be a well known thing within the series, but for us viewers? We've heard her say, repeatedly, that her name is now Jinx. Regardless of how anyone else FEELS about that, rejecting the personality of someone isn't a nice way to treat them :P

It's not like she decided to call herself "Amanda" or anything, though. Her picking "Jinx" is her way of saying "I am worthless, I only cause trouble and harm to those around me." It's a really self-destructive moniker. Wanting to keep calling her Powder is a natural reaction, it goes along with the notion that she can be loved and can be a positive influence.
