imo s2 viktor was continually robbed of choice so it's easy to see why he's come to this conclusion. he feels like he's being guided (and he is. by the hexcore, by his own, future hand, etc.).

There is a lot here regarding preference ... I proffered the idea of Victor over time replacing more and more of himself by machine until a threshold was crossed, which is tied to the old design. The new design and story is not bad, in itself, but in combinations with other things I see it more as a issue. Example we still have no idea how this affects Blitzkranks lore. That said my main issue comes from the fact that I consider the decision to make Arcane fully cannon a massive mistake. They basically put the whole story they build up until now, at the whims of basically a third party, who often has a very different view of the characters than the main lore team. The original setup with Arcane and other shows being its own MCU style separated universe, was a much better setup, as it allowed the main story team to selectively take elements from there for the main universe without the need to change everything.

Where rest of voicelines? 👁️👄👁️ Also, the skinsspotlights for the default/original skin includes all the taunts, jokes, laugh, recall, etc. which I definitely recommend adding to the review since it does put things into context and helps get a better overall view! ^w^ (for example how Arcane Viktor's laugh suddenly cuts off which makes sense when you see the animation) Keep it up my guy! ~

im not fully sure but the new design for victor was made by one french dude and for every visual rework and rework itself they change all the skins to match the new design

Sky was there, there is even a theory victor gave her to singed as a part of their bargain and singed used her to create orianna. Thats why orianna still alive after victor left

His updated has been amazing to me, even though it was a bit controvertial, the numbers show that a lot of people are liking him and playing him a lot now. He looks very modern, the animations, voices and VFX are really cool. Is definetly not perfect since Arcane changed League lore by a lot, and I think better choices couldve been made, but gameplay wise is almost the same just incredibly smoother to play in the animation department.

they did update all of his skins and players were MAD mad cause his skins were made for buffed machine herald and new skinny Viktor just looks weird in all those concepts a.k.a skins 😭😭

To me, this kind of Viktor is rly interesting, for it is kinda like my fav. type of Genre in fiction, which is "Xianxia". which is basically, the chinese type of "Cultivation to immortality". aka self-honing and stuff, and a lot of times, the closer u get to immortality, the less emotions, desieres etc ur able to have, and ultimately, fully enlightened, you'd become a god 40:03 I am rly not sure anymore which u've done QAQ so skip the ones you did I believe you did Aurelion Sol, but i don't think you did Vel'Koz? I'd love that one, and also Lulu, I need some Yordle Support love here. Skins I'd still love Porcelain Aurelion Sol, Final Boss Veigar, Pulsefire Ezreal, and the Neeko-Gen Starguardian ones (incl. redeemed Xayah and Rakan), especially as "Redeemed"(not sure how it will be called) Akali is incoming. Aside from that, Elementalist Lux, as the most extravagant skin, best quality/price ratio AAAND, so far she is the only one in the skinline, but we know there is a batch of Elementalist skins coming.

I know I might get backlashes in the comment section but... I do not enjoy new Viktor in term of visual and lore at all. I mean, I like Viktor in Arcane but the old Viktor's lore was so much more compelling and somewhat complex the one we got. This Viktor here read, feel and sound like Malzahar 2.0 in my personal opinion. LOR Viktor's lore was peak IMO (the one that was shown in deleted LOR comics).

I think thats fair, Viktor has change with this update and has lost part of his original appeal, like Fiddlesticks when it was updated. I dont agree with comparing him to Malzahar or Syndra as some people do though, those 2 characters are not smart and are motivated by anger or destruction, Malzahar is not in the same power level, nor has the same abilities, goals or aesthetics. He is like a Warcraft shadowpriest driven insane by cosmic horror, he wants oblivion. Viktor shows much more intellect, wisdom and agency with his voice and intentions, even if the hexcore influences him somehow, he is not a human puppet like Malzahar is to Belveth and the void creatures.
