Arcane Odyssey, Little comparison between teal and gold aura for paladin cuz yes [also desc stuff]

Just to show what I mean by "I don't like the gold"
Like, it has it's charm, but when the teal has been a thing for so long, I can say I wanted the teal a lot
Also, as I said in the video, maybe let us choose the color during awakening, if you want the color to change you can just let us choose what we want, maybe add some detail difference between ruthless and merciful too if needed

He’s not gonna make it easily customizable because it’s rather important lore for our character but Vetex has said he’s considering making the dragon blood ritual mentioned on the trello influence spirit energy color.

What confuses me is why the spirit energy only turns gold/red after awakening. Surely it'd be like that if you were a paladin before awakening

well, it's because of the imbue that it changes, as soon as you learn to imbue it with magic it changes color apparently

"Due to the player’s blood, this specific awakening also causes their spirit energy to change visually due to a reaction caused by the spirit energy mixing with magic energy" as said on the Trello. I guess the awakening establishes a connection between your magic and spirit, which causes them to react and the spirit colour to permanently change.

@@acegrey7642 imo with that, vetex could have implemented a chosen color change instead of the pre-set gold/red, like a colorwheel/palette or smth Maybe give it some gold/red details along with the chosen color so you can tell if they've gone ruthless or merciful Maybe give this to other vit classes too, just with teal/purple details, this allows for a lot of customization which is always appreciated Heck, maybe make this a gamepass too, I'd be willing to buy it lmao

You can actually change it to teal by making your reputation to less than 0 Blue - (standard, merciful, 0 ≥ renown) Gold - (merciful, 0 < renown) Purple - (ruthless, 0 < renown) Red - (ruthless, 0 ≥ renown

@@LuisTacsan If you have the merciful attribute then before awakening you have teal and after it gold. If you have the ruthless attribute before awakening it's purple and afterwards: red. It's a little different for juggernaut and knight.

huh, that's strange The trello states that: Blue/purple are the base merciful/ruthless spirit colours (e.g. for knight, juggernaut, pre-2nd-awakening savant and oracle) Gold/red are the paladin/savant merciful/ruthless spirit colours (e.g. for paladin and post-2nd-awakening savant)
