when Viktor started to transform everyone, and it shows Vander's memories in the form of the watercolor images start to burn away, it was so heartbreaking Vander was one of my favorite characters in season 1, and Warwick is my favorite champion in league, so i have a strong connection Isha is probably my favorite character in season 2

Viktor combined his biology with Warwick's to gain the resilience to create his hivemind, in Season 1 he used Shimmer to be able to "Hexcorize" (Arcane terminology not mine lol) himself and withstand the change, as Viktor "healed" the people of the Undercity which was really just robbing them of free will that power was weakening with each person he touched, but Viktor doesn't see it as such after Jayce integrated the hexcore and him after Jinx's attack on the Council, which is when Viktor stopped being Viktor. Warwick's near perfect biology is being used by Singed to willingly adapt "Viktor" and so now it's possible for him to unite with all these bodies and become one, as Viktor has come to believe that free will is the bane of humankind and what's the cause of all suffering. I will say that while Jayce and Viktor's story from LoL is done justice with some differences of course, Warwick isn't really a character in Arcane. Vander is, but Warwick is supposed to be this amalgamated being that uses Vander's wish to have redeemed himself that never got to come true, a man he hardly remembers being to try to do the right thing while also satisfying his lust for blood with is insatiable by only killing those who also have blood on their hands while hunting the Undercity for SInged and that character isn't represented well in Season 2 imo. He feels more like a plot device that serves Vi, Jinx, Viktor and Singed than his own character.

Also this isn't a spoiler for Arcane, but Ambessa is getting a stand-alone novel in 2025, the first in a long time since the retcons and Riot shitting the bucket in terms of lore, asides from Arcane, because their management sucks ass. Song made for the Dead Grandmother of the singer.(recently passed away) There is a LIVE version performed at TGA(the game awards). The lyrics are just something else in that, every time i hear it i tear up a bit. Not because its in arcane, but because those lyrics hit us all kinda same.

I disagree that victor is power hungry. I think it's more that he's trying to fix what he deemed "broken". He wanted to fix the dirty air and water for Zaun. He wanted to fix his disability and his illness. He wanted to fix the ill people at the commune. And now he sees people's emotions as a problem needing to be solved. He's wrong of course but his heart is in the right place. His views just got messed up.

I think at first he wasn’t power hungry at all. But on wanting to fix things and thinking he is the only one that can and that he knows the best way to do that, it’s a power play, whether or not that is his knowing motivation. So I guess we’d amend that to he is unknowingly power hungry 🤔

This episode is the peek of a roller coaster at its finest and witness sad depression, action, spicy and shocking values within this close to the final episode. 🥲 As can’t wait for final episode to shine and hoping you all are ready for it. With all said, the ending song seems to hit hard that the music video dropped no so long ago that have a deeper meaning behind it with the singer giving us a glance that it’s for his beloved grandmother that passed away long ago. 😭

Honestly, the character arc for Silco is so great, including the hallucination of him. It's a genuinely powerful moment when he's offered everything he wanted, his free and independent nation of Zaun, and everything he's done is suddenly vindicated. Except he can't take the deal. The price is too high and he finally understands why Vander walked away. Jinx is the one price he'll never pay. I also really love the humanity shown in Jinx's illness this season. Multiple times she hoped she'd hallucinate Silco, that he'd be there to tell her what to do and make sense of things for her. Then when he finally shows up she's already broken. Poor girl just wanted to talk to her dad again.
