Can't get behind the Viktor mask, it looks boring and uninteresting design. They should have stick with the only mask, flourish it a bit and maybe give it some cool details like the the hexcore particles, with his body augmented and instead of an armor his skin gets infused with the hexcore like Kaisa to the void.

I strongly believe that it's not the final version of the character. Maybe that's a mask he'll wear in arcane 2 after hexcore alters his face. I don't think he'll look like that in game

I doubt the jinx skin will be free, why? Because they confirmed that the pc version is 1) a new skin tier akin to ultimate and 2) that it would specifically be gacha. Why would they change that for wild rift?
