Guerlain Mon Guerlain Intense Review and Comparison

I only have the intense version. It was one of my first purchases when I started collecting fragrances at the start of the pendamic. My dent is down to about a quarter of the bottle left. The juice has become very dark brown in colour and has become even deeper. I feel very grown up when I wear this one.

I only have the intense as well. I had the OG but once I tried the intense I don't think I will ever go back to the OG the intense is my absolute favorite by Guerlain. I have and love la petite noire intense which is discontinued I believe. Too many great fragrances are getting discontinued or reformulated 😢

I have the regular and I am obsessed. It’s my work fragrance. There is just something so soft and elegant. It’s definitely a compliment getter ❤

The OG is amazing in it's on right. Yes check out the intense when it starts to cool down.

Hi Santa! I now own both Mon guerlains and both were purchased after watching your review on the original and when you told us about your airport adventure that led to the flanker purchase. 😊 Both were blind buys and I have zero regrets. Simply beautiful lavender and then the amped up vanilla in the flanker and both beautiful and easy reaches.

Good morning Santa! I love Mon Guerlain EDP and Intense. Both are very elegant fragrances. I agree that the intense version is more of a fall/winter scent. I must say that I like the EDP more because it’s fresher and airier. Last fall, I missed wearing the EDP so I layered it with the Intense. Not on top of each other, but on different parts of the body and it was Mon Guerlain heaven! - Ms. Charlette

OMG girl! I have been WAITING for this review since I purchase my Mon Guerlain Intense in December last year (summer, was on sale)... I had and I gave away the og Mon Guerlain like 8 years ago, I liked it but I didn't love it... However, Mon Guerlain Intense I absolutely adore! It lasts at least 8 hours on me and there's so much vanilla, amber and woody richness, with just a hint of lavender... I also smell white chocolate in the drydown but it's not listed... I adore it and, now that we're coming into winter in New Zealand, Imma pull the trigger GENEROUSLY! Awesome review, as always! PS: I also had to wait half a year for my discounted online retailer to re-stock it, and within 3 days it was sold our again!

I love it, but not everyone compliments me that I smell good. Some people say I smell too mature , ( old lady vibes) but it’s really good in the cold months. I had the 50 ml at first then bought the 100 ml

The intense is not only fall winter but definitely night! The EDT is anytime just carry the bottle with you for it does not last.

I’m torn a bit (I hate making decisions!) Ok sooo many perfumes with lavender lately! I have “the cheap almost cousin” guess seductive noir…and I have Burberry Goddess, some libre, oh replica coffee break too! So with all those..does one still need Mon Guerlain or Mon Guerlain Intense? To me? Libre reminds me of paradox if it had lavender! I need to get a sample but I’m curious on thoughts if it’s that different from the ones I mentioned ?? 😅

Mon Guerlain is in a league of its own when it comes to feminine lavender fragrances. None of the others match the class that is Mon Guerlain.

I think it’s good that it’s only a 6 with it being so rich, if it was a heavy hitter, it would be sickening in my opinion. 👍🏻 my husband loves vanilla on me , one of the reasons I got it.
