The video resolutions is lower than that of the recorded screen. So the viewer has to decipher the letters, instead of reading them naturally. Newer ESRI videos don't have this problem, I believe.

people at ESRI - it's time you redesigned your website, I really should not have to go to youtube to find a straightforward explanation of WHAT this software is... Your website is just a giant web of marketing terms strewn together into some kind of vague notion of something. It's something that only corporate disorder and madness could ever produce... can you fix it? I doubt it but please make some attempt at doing so. First step would be ~clearly listing what your products are and precisely what they do~ in some centralized location, including their various subcomponents. I know this is a novel suggestion but try it!
