I will let you know if I have an experience later, but, when my back was sore , and tight I could not arch or curl as I flatten my back i was able to a little more. You like our feed back it's always good to hear yours and others experience.

Greetings Cindy, When the back is tight and the Arch and Curl seems to be a challenge, It is often a good idea to come at it from another direction. The sides mediate between front and back. It is often helpful to do the side-bend (Side Bend Practice Video: kzbin.info/www/bejne/fpS8m3SljbeXd80 ) and then address front and back. I get a little soreness in my lack , it my lower belly that suffers hardness , I sometimes think I might over tensing my lower belly it is very hard.could that be happening in Arch and curls.
