It is widely know that Manning was not expected to start this next season. Probable redshirt was expected. The real drama is between Maalik and Arch the season after next. or maybe even Maalik taking over for Ewers this next season especially what will happen if Ewers gets hurt and starts. What happens if he plays well. Maalik is the real deal. I like him at QB.

Neither one of them play for a winning program. These kids nowadays do not desire to go learn how to play winning football at a major power five program. That is something that translates to the NFL. Just look at Georgia. Either one of them but especially Arch would have gotten much more out of developing and learning how to win at the same time under Kirby and Co. just saying.

The problem with ewers game is the entire offense is set up to either run with Robinson or get the ball to worthy who is way overhyped. Not even the best receiver on the team. He’s not even running the right routes so it makes ewers looks bad with an addition of the bad o line play. I think no matter what at the end of the day, manning will be starting so he doesn’t transfer but I do not think he’s the next dominant manning. Recruiters said if his name wasn’t manning, he’d be a 3 star recruit. So with ewers being a 5 star quarterback he should definitely start while manning can see if he can develop. Now if it were Peyton’s kid we’d have a different story

Arch isn't that impressive when compared to Ewers. Who knows what we actually unfold but Arch leaves a lot to be desired when you watch his tape and look at his stats

Arch played behind the #3 o line and against a mix of #1 & #2 defense. When you consider Arch's class is still in HS and he was going up against some players that likely will be NFL draft picks this time next year, it is not reality that you could make that analysis.
