I think someone controlling her, I mean why else would she protect Monica when she threw her out or be confused about how everyone is being controlled and she many have controlled the minds of the sword agents and not actually kill the director. I think there some small part of her that fighting it but only comes every once and while when outsiders are involved because she doesn’t actually wanna kill/hurt them. Agnes and the director(I already forgot his name) as really fishy to me, Agnes with the fact that she sees Wanda and the boys(Billy and Tommy) powers and says nothing, people might chock it up to Wanda control her but if you go back to the one scene with the baby’s crying she asked to take the line again. The director despite Wanda being an avenger is really quick to label Wanda as a villain even know she not harming anyone technically, you could also say the thing with norm and Monica that she is damaging people minds but you notice how when norm was panicking he only ever said “her” or “she” never Wanda directly so I think it’s a female but not Wanda but that’s just a theory.

I also think it’s not here because whenever Wanda uses her power to control someone mind it turns there eyes(or the end of there head) the color of her power, granted she could have changed it in her little reality but I don’t think she could do something like that. Every time she used her “magic” it’s always colored.
