Her boyfriend is the CEO of a construction company and she is a designer who previously developed, built and renovated many other homes. It is plausible that she really designed the house. I am not on her level in terms of experience and resources available to her. I have only designed and renovated 6 of my own personal homes. I rough sketch and design all of my own homes. I just need my architects and engineers to complete the technical specifications (what the building departments require). I have had people ask me to help with their projects and I don't have anywhere near the experience she has. When I put my houses on the market for sale, they sell within a month for full price. The buyers always want the personal items I stage my homes with.

This is the most amazing house and a breath of fresh air to me. It’s cool Texas. That woman is so talented as a designer, she could make a dumpster into a pice of art. I do not know her except bits you see of her in media but she has always struck me as an odd fit for the Cali “celebrity” posturing culture. Maybe she’s the fresh air. This seems more like her to me. Hope she’s loving it. Stunning house.
