you are so right, The reason that there have been not a lot of people online, is that in Europa servers, is we have had a very good summer, now players get back on because of the fall of rain, so it's raining again, so it's time to play again, but now they merge the servers, causing many to stop, we are a whole guild thinking of finding another game because they merge servers (14-34 Players lost ! all Patrons )

Another very well done video. Makes me glad we quit. Went through that both times before and both were real clusters when they happened. It's funny when AA came out how many servers was there like 12 each at least and you couldn't hardly find a free piece of land. Although in the us we played on eu. Now it will be down to just a few servers for each. How far they have fallen. Problem is they wont even try to do anything about it. Another great video I'll keep watching although I dont play.

im starting to think its time for me to give up on this game and wrap it up. freaking 5 months of game play for 50 gold quest after quest. thats bs iv even been over achev quests and even getting the hidden quests. so the maid costume iv been saving for not going to happen with it costing 1200 to 1500 gold.

I quit playing when they put the timers on the packs. I really enjoyed running packs. Now with the timers though what is the point. Not only can I no longer go where I want but now I can only take so long? Too limiting... I ran four accounts all prepaid for a year. I will be closing them before the merge. I used to love this game, but man did they kill it.. RETURN THE FREEDOM OF THE ROADS

what i hate is the gold payoff on this game. its slow and iv been playing for 5 months and all i have is 50 gold. at this rate the maid costume thats going for 1200 to 1500 gold in ah. iv been working my ass off trying to save to get is not going to happen seems like. that and theres no dungion finder ether for this level. like rift and world of warcraft has. i even left wow for this game. and i dont like wow much ether now after the new xpac came out. and i hate to say this but i think rift and wow still have this game beat.

Nah we were just got enough from the plebz around with haulers and cars blocking the plots, so we were just had some fun to make them a bit angry :D I never had any land for profit, most of the time i got my plots for guildies, not interested in farming or any kind of stuffs like that (;

I have no regrets leaving Archeage. After dealing with all the fail launches, all the exploits and the stuff that Trion said would or wouldn't happen just to do the opposite. Although from time to time I still think back to what good times I had during the first official launch.

glad u do this game is painful and long and 5 months of grinding quests only for freaking 50 gold. whats the point hell on rift iv been playing dungions and in 5 months i could have had around 5 to 6 k gold. so this game is not the game i was thinking it was going to be. hell i even left wow. and even wow has gone to shit after the last xpac. but it still beats this game. i hate to say it.

Tempest populated? Must be a joke. Most active players transferred off. To me it's way less comprehensible that they merge Prophecy, a currently actually populated server, with 2 others instead of just one.

I left prophecy cuz it was dead, still got there a char for taxes, and the housing provinces are totally empty XD i'm not saying tempest is over populated or something, but comparing EU servers, its clear, besides go ahead and check the gs gap between the first 2 legacys (Shatigon and Eanna) and the last legacy (prophecy), if thats not to force players to FS idk whats the point XD

Hi I have played AA from early alpha and from it went live. I have went throu 2 server merages. Housing was an important part of the game for me. I have 4 paid monthly acounts just to own land. This time I am quiting. This happens with so many games. They end up been poor shadows of what it was at the start. Just my feeling.

vahsharo1980 yeah, was running trade packs but I got sick of doing that everyday and grinding coin purses is getting the same as well. Did fish for sometime but the risk just wasn't worth it. Before you could make gold off of a profession but they took that ability away as well. Mostly stuck around for the combat but now it's just meh.

i been playing archeage from time to time. but its getting to the point were i cant seem to find shit for ore that i need. im level 34. and dont know this seems more of a ether u quest or pay for a membership. and from what iv been told dungions are only good for level 50 to 55. and than u have to be in uber gear. and know what ur doing. so for now it seems like im grinding and grinding some more so game getting sort of boring. so not sure how much longer i will be staying. as the gold seems to be slow as a slug trying to move on the ground.

Yup, exactly. One reason for these merges is for that the whales will spend more time and especially more money(to trino) to gain back what they've lost thus "temporarily" extending the game's lifespan and getting more cash.

I also don't understand the bashing on the private server. I've played for 2 months and sit on 5K GS. Thats only 3K away from the top players. We don't have players with absurd amounts of GS way above 12K.. And yes the game can be pay 2 win if you chose to make it so. Any game that lets you donate and receive currency or items that can be sold make a game possibly pay 2 win. There is no difference to trions version. How is AR 'more' pay 2 win ? You can literally donate 5euros and buy 3K additional labor every day with the stipend for 2 months. Besides, Patron is free which drastically reduces the amount of real money someone needs to invest to properly play the game. Literally having free Patron is already making it WAY less pay 2 win, you don-t need to pay real money neither do you need to waste your hard earned gold on APEX just to be able to fully enjoy the game

and next year we will have another one of these, consolidating two remaining servers into one plus one fresh start. Or fresh start might be merged with those as well since they should catch up by then. And at that point the game will be more or less dead which is a sad state of affairs. Unless they change their policies on how they run this game, they will lose it in the next two years at most, if not sooner

Yes, the server merges are the worst for farmers and traders. I lose all but one land every time the servers merge, and it was the same this time. I'm tired of clawing my way back up. Even if they fix other aspects of the game, they've already destroyed what I worked so hard to build, several times over.

Sorry but Trion didn't kill ArcheAge. The players did. If players are having 3+ Accounts prepaid for a whole year and additionally buy APEX multiple times a month then Trion would be stupid to not milk as much as they can. I've been on a reddit thread a couple of days ago where someone asked players how much they think they have spend in the game and there were plenty of people that claimed to have spend 1K+. some even waaay over this already absurd value. Those are the people that ruined the game. Everyone who still plays Archeage is addicted to it and will spend money until the servers shut down entirely.

Well ure wrong, If I see players that havent invest any penny on the game and have 7-10k GS, just doing alt invasion, TRION see this and update the packs, now u cant stack packs cause lost value, most of players only have land to stack packs, greens, reds or pirates, they get gold stealing packs put then on the land and after delivering, u need to know the mechanics, they put and event? Take the holly load of alts to take advantage from that event, the game in korea have the alt restriction cause players can only create an account, and even that way u still can play with out invest any on the game, TRION dont like this, thats why they are making getting gold even more difficult and who has the power to change the server, mechanics, events even that u can find a shit on ur shoe there, well yeah u know TRION.

Don't feel bad for merv aka krolan. He went by "Repent" on ollo server with the Outcry guild(before working at trion). He abused his power as guild crafter to steal gear when it rolled upgradeable. this was back when hitting a mag to epherium, epherium to delph upgrade was a huge deal. He would claim it "disappeared" even though GMs confirmed the item still existed in the game, but wouldn't do anything about it being stolen. Grown ass man stealing hard earned shit from guild mates. fucking pathetic. And no, it wasn't me he stole from. Oh and let's not forget he was also busted for giving private patch previews to his fellow guild leaders (Devoire aka jouska [ex?]BDO community manager) once he started working at trion. Who knows what other shady shit he gets away with at one of the shadiest of NA game companies. I fart in your general direction, Merv. oh, and Trion.

you wont. because they still cant deal with land botters. my guild previous guild that has been on shatigon for years on years.. said that if a merger happened there is no way they are restarting the guild. because they lost soo much of the core land that they wanted for guild houses etc. this will be the nail in the coffin for ALOT of guilds.
